In occasion of the International Holocaust Remembrance Day, ESN Catania and La Finestra are pleased to invite you to their second cineforum appointment on January 27th, at 17:00, in Via Caronda 101 (Aula studio Toscano Scuderi).
The lead speaker Professor Daniela Irrera, Institutional Erasmus Coordinator at the University of Catania, will introduce a screening of movie clips from the Italian masterpiece "La vita è bella" subtitled in English.
After a short break, a panel discussion moderated by the associations' volunteers will follow, starting from the questions: "Why the Day of Remembrance?" "Are similar events only a distant memory of the past?"
