International students and volunteers get valuable skills from their experience abroad and engagement. ESN works to increase the recognition of the skills acquired through student exchange and volunteering among employers.
We always try to learn more and more from each other, sharing our knowledge and skills to encourage personal and professional growth.
While volunteering in ESN, our volunteers work on a variety of topics and develop a diverse set of skills. Therefore, we educate them in both hard and soft skills through workshops, and "schools" about the structure of our network.
We train them to coordinate other volunteers and lead their local and national organisations, trasfer their knowledge and facilitate team building, whilst equipping them with all those technical skills such as communication, graphical and IT ones that are nowadays essential.
Thus improving the quality of our activities and providing them with skills that never go amiss on CVs and ensure them a higher competitiveness on the job market, emphasising the power and connection of volunteering to personal and professional development of young people.
