Noto and Marzamemi Trip

Since May is the month of blooming, we could not miss a trip to the capital of Sicilian Baroque, Noto, in occasion of its renowned annual flower carpet event: the Infiorata.

After a city tour amongst the streets of the UNESCO world heritage historical city centre and a a walk through the breath-taking flower carpet designs, later in the afternoon, a well deserved stop from the Sicilian heat led us to the lovely Marzamemi village for a swim in its crystal clear water.
